Als ervaren schatter gebruiken we onze eigen databank met verkoopprijzen en de meest toepasbare berekeningsmethode om uw onroerend goed te schatten. Ook bij de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/taxbel.be\/schatting\/erkende-schatting\/erkende-schatting-voor-de-verdeling-bij-een-scheiding\/\"><span style=\"color: #52bf04;\">verdeling van uw vastgoed bij een scheiding <\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0raden wij u een erkende schatting aan. Wij schatten alle type vastgoed van residentieel tot <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/taxbel.be\/schatting\/erkende-schatting\/erkende-schatting-van-uw-bedrijfsvastgoed\/\"><span style=\"color: #52bf04;\">bedrijfsvastgoed<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. Dit type schattingsverslag kan u ook aanvragen zonder specifieke reden of indien er geen erkende schatting wordt
